Reporting Bugs

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • The output of pyvorin-thin doctor
  • The exact command you ran
  • The full error message or unexpected behaviour
  • Whether the issue is reproducible
  • A minimal script that triggers the problem (if possible)

If you have a failure event JSON, you can submit it directly:

pyvorin-thin report-failure failure_event.json

Reporting Security Issues

Do not open public issues for security vulnerabilities. Email security@pyvorin.com with details. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and provide a timeline for resolution.

Enterprise Support
